To Do Book

A$5.00

How often do you find yourself trying to sleep but your mind is racing with all the things you have to do the next day? Or perhaps you always feel like there is so much to do and so little time. After years of presenting my ‘Creating More Time and Energy’ workshop and working with so many clients who have felt the same way, I noticed a common theme; women have so many things to do because we are so used to being busy. We have so many things to remember (and a lot of those things are not for ourselves).

This To-Do Book is all about simplifying and reducing that feeling of how much you must do and replacing it with a feeling of organisation and control (aka ‘the calm’). This book is all about making your day yours! I love to use this To-Do Book alongside My Weekly Check In Planner.

I start this organisation ritual with my Weekly Check In Planner, but if you do not have it you can start with this To-Do Book by allocating a page to each day of the week. Then take a moment to think about your week and the tasks you have to do. By allocating the tasks to each day of the week you reduce the feeling of having to do too much because you can trust that you have allocated each task to the day it needs to be completed.

I highly recommend you review your To-Do List at the end of the day and not only tick off what you have completed (how good is that feeling!) but transfer the tasks that haven’t been completed to another day.

Just as an additional note here, become curious when you see tasks carried over to the next week. This may mean that you only feel like doing these tasks in particular seasonal weeks. You may not know what I am talking about, but you will hear me refer to this as SheEnergy in the Lead and Inspire community.

Acknowledgment to Country

I wish to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I write, create and work, the Whadjuk people. I would like to pay respect to the Elders of the Noongar nation, past, present and future, who have walked and cared for the land. I acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contributions made to life and the land in which I now live. I would also like to acknowledge the six Indigenous seasons Birak, Bunuru, Djeran, Makuru, Djilba and Kambarang.

Diversity Inclusion

I wish to acknowledge non-binary and transgender people and convey that my use of the word ‘she’ is not intended to offend anyone. My usage of ‘she’ refers to feminine energy in which all humans have. If you're a woman or identify as a woman, or as a LGBTIQ+, people of all abilities and from all cultural backgrounds are welcome in the Lead and Inspire Community.
